Boarding Policy

CHARGES AND PAYMENT:
Boarding charges begin the day you deliver your pet to the kennel and include charges for the day your pet goes home if your pet stays with us through the afternoon. If your pet goes home by 5 p.m., there is no charge for the last day.  We may require a deposit during peak boarding holidays. We accept cash/checks/all major credit cards.

We reserve the right to groom any animal that becomes soiled during its stay. We also reserve the right to bathe any animal that may be infested with ticks or fleas. Pet owners agree when boarding with us to accept responsibility for payment of usual and customary charges for these services should they be deemed necessary.

Administration of medications or special feedings is included at no extra charge. There is a twenty-dollar service fee if we must take your pet to the veterinarian for reasons other than an emergency.

Please read the boarding agreement posted in the kennel office. Leaving your pet with us constitutes your understanding and agreement to the posting.

REQUIRED VACCINATIONS
DOGS-RABIES, DISTEMPER, PARVO, ADENOVIRUS 2, HEPATITIS, INTRANASAL BORDATELLA, CORONA VIRUS RECOMMENDED.
CATS-FVRCP, RABIES, RECOMMEND FELINE LEUKEMIA.
WE ALSO RECOMMEND USE OF A ONCE A MONTH FLEA/TICK PREVENTATIVE SUCH AS ADVANTAGE. PLEASE CONSULT YOUR VETERINARIAN FOR ADVICE AND USAGE OF THESE PRODUCTS.

HELPFUL BOARDING TIPS:
BEDDING- Bedding from home may be brought as long as we can launder it in a regular sized clothes washer. Beds, comforters, moving pads are impossible to launder and if become soiled will be returned as is. 
TOYS- Toys should be waterproof and safe. Cloth and rope toys are discouraged as they become wet and are breeding grounds for bacteria. Please bring no more than two toys.
FOOD- You may bring your pet's own food from home. We encourage this to keep your pets diet consistent. The kennel will provide a high quality diet at $1.00 per night per dog should you choose not to bring food from home. Please do no feed your pet at least four hours prior to boarding. The kennel staff will feed your pet at the next feeding after its arrival. This will allow for easier transition.
PLEASE LABEL ALL OF YOUR PET'S BELONGINGS, INCLUDING FOOD BAGS, CONTAINERS WITH YOUR PET'S NAME AND YOUR LAST NAME. THE KENNEL CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR DESTRUCTION OF THE ABOVE ITEMS OR THE CONDITION THAT THEY ARE RETURNED TO YOU.

RATES PER DAY PER DOG:
$13.00 up to 29 lbs./ i.e. Poodles, terriers, Min Pins, Schnauzers, Shih Tzu, Lahsa Apso, Bishon, Beagle, Poms, Pekes, Whippets, Pugs, etc.
$14.00 30 lbs. to 59 lbs./ i.e. Airedales, Standard Poodles, Setters, Basset Hounds, Australian Shepherd's, Sheepdogs, Greyhounds, Cockers, Springer Spaniels, etc.
$15.00 60 lbs. and over/i.e. Rottweilers, Saint Bernards, Great Pyrenees, Newfoundland, Mastiffs, Akita, Dobermans, German Shepherd's, Labs, Retrievers, Collies, etc.

DROP-OFF PICK-UP:
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday's and all other times by appointment only. Closed Sunday, and all Holidays.
